LOST LIT is a literary arts space that offers writing workshops using the Amherst Writers & Artists method, as well as hosts arts events with partner Grumpy Bert in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, NY.

Lost Lit Writing Workshops takes place inside of the Grumpy Bert shop. You won’t be writing in someone’s personal living room or be placed inside a stale conference room. Lost Lit has created a comfortable, inviting environment dedicated solely for writers. No matter what level writer you consider yourself. No matter what creative genre you prefer. With no more than 8 writers, we will come together with the main purpose–to produce fresh, new writing. This is done through creative prompts and applying the Amherst Writers & Artists method, which treats all writing as fiction and only allows for positive, craft oriented feedback. So instead of feeling lost, come find yourself in a Lost Lit Writing Workshop!

We’re offering single session drop ins throughout the summer to get a feel for the AWA style workshops and to accommodate busy schedules.
