    Panel: Writing in prisons, homeless shelters and hospitals, featuring Pat Schneider, Aaron Zimmerman, Bisi Ideraabdullah and Karen Buchinsky, moderated by Valerie Ann Leff.

    Evening event: With a special introduction by Sapphire, Pat Schneider will read and discuss her latest book, 
    Writing as a Spiritual Practice: How the Light Gets In. Book signing and reception to follow.
